Fanhua Inc., a leading independent financial services provider in China, today announced that it has filed its 2020 annual report on Form 20-F, which contains its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 28, 2021.
