Shenzhen New Home Sales and Prices Steady in March, Existing Home Sales Surge
Shenzhen new home prices were stable in March, but volume touched 2009 lows. Existing home sales doubled from February.
Shenzhen City Planning and Land Resources Committee released on April 1 data show that in March the city’s new house turnover 803 sets, the average transaction price of 54,730 yuan / square meter, the chain on average Down 0.1%. Industry insiders said that with the recent increase in sales, is expected to increase the volume of the future, but the price level will remain stable.

Since the introduction of real estate regulation and control policy in Shenzhen in October last year, the city’s property market volume and price continued to be in a downward trend. March new house turnover 803 sets, the lowest since 2009; the average price of new homes has fallen for six consecutive months.
